OU student releases her first novel

Jessica Thompson, who is studying English Literature and Language with The Open University, has released her first novel ‘This is a Love Story’.

Jessica, who works full-time as a reporter at the Wembley Observer, is writing and editing her second novel in the evenings.  At weekends she sings with a band, whilst studying for an English Literature and Language degree.

The book is a romantic comedy: think London in the sunshine, think about the two most beautiful people in our romantic city to set eyes on each other. Add to this a whole world of complications, tragic secrets, a temptress called Chloe as well as a squirrel on water skis and you have This is a Love Story.

Read the full story in the Harrow Observer.
